Yes. Maison Reve specialises in curated pre-owned luxury. Each piece is individually reviewed and described exactly as pictured, with honest condition notes.
How do you describe condition?
We grade conservatively and plainly. Notable characteristics are photographed rather than concealed, so the piece you receive matches the piece you see.
Do you sell laboratory-grown stones?
Where a stone is laboratory-grown, it is always labelled as lab-grown and never presented as natural. Certification is referenced where provided.
Is each piece one of a kind?
In most cases, yes — pre-owned luxury is individual. When a piece sells, it is typically no longer available.
How does purchasing work?
Add a piece to your bag and place your order at checkout. A specialist then confirms availability, sends secure payment instructions for your chosen method, and arranges fully insured, tracked delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Maison Reve accepts Bank Transfer (ACH), Wire Transfer and Cryptocurrency. After you place an order, our team sends secure instructions for your selected method. No payment is taken until your order is confirmed with you.
How much is delivery?
Delivery within the United States is a flat $120 to anywhere in the 50 states — fully insured and tracked. International delivery is fully insured, tracked and quoted at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the United States and internationally, including the UAE and worldwide. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your returns policy?
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition with all packaging and documentation, for a full refund.
