These terms govern your use of Maison Reve and any purchase made through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns policies.

About Us

Maison Reve is a US-owned, Los Angeles–based independent reseller of curated pre-owned luxury handbags, watches, fine jewelry and accessories. We are an independent reseller: we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by or endorsed by any of the brands whose products we sell. All brand names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the pre-owned items offered for sale.

Pre-Owned Goods & Condition

Every piece is pre-owned and one of a kind. We individually review and grade each item and describe its condition honestly, with photography intended to show the piece as it is. Minor characteristics consistent with prior ownership are normal and are disclosed where relevant. Colour may vary slightly between screens.

Pricing & Availability

Because each item is unique, stock is limited to the single piece shown. Prices are listed in US dollars. We make every effort to ensure prices and availability are accurate; in the event of an obvious error, or where an item has already sold, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order online does not take payment automatically. After checkout you will receive an order-confirmation email with secure payment instructions (bank transfer / ACH, wire transfer or cryptocurrency). Your order is confirmed and your piece reserved once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are dispatched fully insured and tracked. United States delivery is a flat $120 to all 50 states; international delivery, including to the United Arab Emirates, is fully insured and tracked. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition with all packaging and any accompanying documentation. Authenticity

We stand behind the accuracy of our descriptions. Every item is reviewed before listing and is described as accurately as possible. If any piece is ever proven not to be as described, you are entitled to a full refund.

Intellectual Property

The Maison Reve name, site design, photography and written content are the property of Maison Reve and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Reve is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published here is the version in effect.
